Conrad Karbowniczak brings over 15 years of robust industry sales leadership experience. He has consistently exceeded revenue targets, cultivated high-performing teams, and secured top-tier accounts in the hospitality and foodservice sectors. In his new role, Karbowniczak will:
Orchestrate high-impact sales strategies to expand national accounts, regional partnerships, and large local openings, working closely with Eastern rep groups to keep leading the way in buffet.
Lead and support Eastern’s dealer and sales teams to enhance territory performance and market share.
Drive business development efforts targeting new hospitality projects and new product specifications.
Function as our brand ambassador across regional and national industry events, trade shows, and client engagements.
